👉 The Winter Wishes kit includes 3 colors of Malabrigo Rios, 6 stitch markers and a printed color pattern. Yarns come wound and ready to knit.
👉 The Kit does not include the knitting needles or other notions; the pattern calls for US 5 (3.75mm) for the brim and US 7 (4.5mm) for the hat body and #7 dpn's. The pattern is sized adult, 19" to 22".
About the yarn: Malabrigo Rios is super soft, strong, and washable. This 4-ply yarn is our workhorse! The plies help resist pilling, and its washability makes it fantastic for frequently worn garments, housewares, and children's and baby clothes.Â

Great pattern, beautiful yarn, lovely snowflake stitch marker and then lightbulb markers too. This may be the third or maybe fourth beanie kit I've ordered and I'm totally pleased with it.
I enjoyed making the Winter Wishes hat. The yarn was easy to work with. The Malabrigo Cowboy's dye did color my fingers. I was worried that when I blocked the hat it would bleed into the white BUT no it didn't! Hooray! Pattern was well written and easy to follow. I enlarged the circumference so ran out of the blue but had a similar color in same yarn type. Hat is soft and light. I love it.
