Karen thanks for the feedback, we love the 5 star review! We're glad to hear that our Conditioning Wash is working great for you. We love it too, Andrea
Good morning, Andrea and Andrew. I received this shipment including the Conditioning Wash. I first tried this product a year or more ago and fell in love with it. I mostly knit with Briggs and Little Yarn from Harvey Station NB Factory outlet and so- it typically has extra dye and some debris in the fibres. During the knitting I use tweezers to pick out debris.. and yet there is still some left in the project. I "wash" my project in tepid water with the Conditioner wash and sometimes have to change it out as there is a fair amount of dirt in the fibres. Once the water appears clear (clean) I drain off the water and squeeze excess water from the project then lay it flat on thick towels and roll it. This product leaves my project "soft and pet-able" as well as a nice clean scent. Thank you for all you do.
