Let the Apple Yarns team make dinner for you. We’ll be serving up Jack’s Chili, a comforting meal for a casual group craft night where everyone settles in and conversation flows. We’ll finish the evening with a sweet inspired by Paige’s Pie Shack—warm, nostalgic, and just the right amount of indulgent.
Lunch at Jacks
The exterior of Jack's Bar from Virgin River is the Watershed Grill in Brackendale BC. It features a scenic patio overlooking the Squamish River. The interior scenes are filmed in a studio, the exterior shots showcase this real-life riverside restaurant.
Shannon Falls
Even though Virgin River is set in Northern California, the production leans heavily on the Sea to Sky corridor. Shannon Falls is the third tallest fall in British Columbia falling 1,100 feet.
Sea to Sky Gondola
Take the Sea to Sky Gondola up into the clouds and watch the whole world open up—mountains, valleys, and water stretching out in every direction. These are the views that inspire Virgin River.
In the heart of Whistler Village our retreat home, Pan Pacific Mountain Side, blends mountain views with cozy comfort—just steps from the gondola and surrounded by crisp fall air. Each spacious suite includes a full kitchen, fireplace, and private balcony, perfect for slow mornings with coffee and quiet knitting and crocheting. Floor-to-ceiling windows bring in beautiful mountain or valley views, setting the tone for a relaxed, creative weekend. After a day of fiber love and exploring, unwind in the heated outdoor pool, hot tubs, or steam room, or curl up fireside with your project. Easy access to everything in the village, an on-site pub, all you have to do is settle in… and enjoy every stitch.
