How to attach a PomPom button.

Pull the elastic loop from the PomPom through the whole (bindoff) at the top of the hat. This is easy with a crochet hook or Handi Tool.
With the Handi-Tool pull the elastic loop and secure it with the wooden button, no sewing required.
