Colorado State Beanie Yarn Knitting Kit - Nancy Bates Design

Get ready for fair isle fun 🎉.  The Colorado Beanie is an easy project; great for beginners and exciting enough for the more experienced knitter. Nancy Bates writes nice clear patterns (not included in kit) with charts that are clear and big enough to actually see. This pattern is not in Knitting the National Parks book by Nancy Bates.  It is the 4th beanie knitting kit in the All-American Road Trip by Nancy Bates.

👉 The kit includes 1 skein of Malabrigo Rios in Sand Storm and 1 skein of Malabrigo Rios in Natural, 6 stitch markers, and a clear project bag with handles. There is enough yarn to make a pompom or a reverse colored hat.

👉 The Kit does not include the pattern or knitting needles or other notions; pattern calls for US 5 (3.75mm) for the brim and US 7 (4.5mm) for the hat body and #7 dpn's. The pattern can be found on www.nancybatesdesigns.com for $5.00. The pattern is sized adult, 19" to 22".

About the yarn: Malabrigo Rios is super soft, strong, and washable. This 4-ply yarn is our workhorse! The plies help resist pilling, and its washability makes it fantastic for frequently worn garments, housewares, and children's and baby clothes.
