Apple Yarns Giving Back - Monthly Release
Each month, Apple Yarns chooses a local non-profit organization and micro brews limited-edition (LE) skeins to highlight and honor their vital work in the community. For every LE skein sold, we'll donate $5 to that month's selected organization. These LE colors are dyed in Bellingham, WA and are only dyed during the month we donate to their non-profit. Get them while you can!
Apple Yarns has been part of the Whatcom County community since 2007. We are consistently astounded by the compassion that our local residents show for one another and we are proud to work with these organizations. We continue to work closely with KnittedKnockers.org and are excited to extend our support to the following community-driven organizations in our Bellingham area.
In addition to donating from the LE skeins of yarn, we will donate 10% of sales to the organization on the event day (see below) and donate monies collected from winding yarn purchased from other shops.

Gala - 460 yds. of Sock Weight yarn, 75% Merino Wool and 25% nylon, US 1-3 (28-30 stitches per 4 inches)
Apple Crisp - 218 yds. of Worsted Weight yarn, 100% Superwash Merino Wool, US 7 - 9 (16-22 stitches per 4 inches)
For KnittedKnockers.org, we provide a place for volunteers to gather supplies. We are the mailing address for all mail and monitor social media and phone to answer any questions.
Andrea is a proud board member of KnittedKnockers.org, and Andrew is a board member of Blue Skies for Children.
Apple Yarns offers free shipping within the United States on orders over $100.00. If your order is below $100.00, shipping is $6.99. For Canada, we offer free shipping on orders over $120. If your order is below $120, shipping is $18.99. Shipping to other countries is also available. You'll receive a tracking number when your order has shipped, we ship Monday through Friday. Dropped shipped prodcuts ship direct from the supplier and cannot be wound.
Our main goal is to make you happy with your purchase. If for any reason you're not 100% thrilled with your order, you can return or exchange the items within 30 days of delivery. We understand that there may be exceptions, and we'll work with you to ensure your satisfaction. At Apple Yarns, we want you to love your projects, and we'll do everything we can to make your buying experience a great one.
