Subscription Club FAQ

I just placed an order; can I combine shipping with my club?

Of course! We all like to save money on shipping.  Please put in the notes section at check out that you would like your purchase to be added to your Club. Total purchase cost (club plus new purchase) must be over $79.99 before tax.  We will manually take the shipping off and you will not be charged. This will delay shipping.  We can also take your order over the phone, 360-756-9992 PST.

I just signed up for a new subscription and made some additional purchases. Will they ship together or separately?

They'll ship together on the subscription box ship date to save you money!  If you happen to want your other items sooner, please put in the notes section at check out that you would like those items before the subscription ships. To still get free shipping, your extra items must total over $79.99 before tax.  If you need to be charged for shipping, we may need to call you and charge you separately. This will slightly delay shipping.  We can also take your order over the phone, 360-756-9992 PST.

Is in-store pickup available in Bellingham, WA?

Of course! In-store pick up is FREE. You will be called when your package is available for pickup. Of course we can bring it out to the car for you too.

When is billing and shipping for my Club Subscription?

You are billed for your first month upon signing up.  Following months are billed as follows,

Knitter’s Self Care - billed on the 3rd and shipped about the 10th

Sock It To Me – billed on the 25th and shipped on the 30th – billed on the 15th and shipped about the 20th

Wonderful Worsted - billed on the 15th and shipped about the 22nd

Coming soon – October through April, billed on the 12th ships on the 18th

I have moved, how do I change my address or update my credit card?

Any changes you need to make on your account you can do through ‘My Account’.

How can I manage or cancel my subscription?

Please contact Apple Yarns to cancel your subscription. . Include your name, email, address, phone # and what Subscription you are cancelling. Can I make a return?

Of course! Subscription Clubs can be returned.  Clubs must be returned whole and in new unused condition within 7 days of receiving your Club, shipping costs are not returned unless you have received a defective product or were a Club membership after canceling outside of he 3 days of billing, we’re so sorry. Please call, 360-756-9992 or within 7 days and we will arrange for pick up, exchange or credit.

Can I join a club at any time?

It depends, there are quantity limits in clubs so certain clubs will be closed to new members from time to time.  Please call 360-756-9992 PST or email at for updates.
