Silky Wool by Elsbeth Lavold is a wonderful DK that is enjoyable to knit and wear in any season. It crochet and knits beautifully; fabulous stitch definition, soft with a subtle texture and marvelous drape. Apple Yarns is now stocking 22 colors of Silky Wool and we love every single one for hats and garments. But my favorite project is the Folded Poncho by Churchmouse Yarns and Teas.
