Introducing the Pressed Flowers Hat by Amy Christoffers; this easy pattern is perfect for venturing into colorwork for the first time. Mosaic knitting is knitting with two colors, no purls, to create a geometric shape by slipping stitches. This hat is sized for adults; you can get two hats out of each kit. To make the hat larger add rows to the ribbing.
For this project, we suggest Lanas Light, a beautiful sportweight 100% wool yarn from Berroco that is perfect for colorwork. Choose from five color options to set the mood for the Pressed Flowers Hat. If you would like to choose your own colors look HERE.
The kit includes:
- Two skeins in contrasting colors of Lanas Light - enough yarn for two hats.
- A Ravelry download for the pattern and a printed (black & white) copy. If you want us to add the pattern to your Ravelry account directly, please provide your username in the comments at checkout. Otherwise, we will send it to the email provided at checkout.
