Your holiday starts as we leave the Apple Yarns parking lot, 11am on December 1st,  on a  luxury bus; lunch and swag bag included.

Experience the holiday charm of Bavaria in the Cascades. Leavenworth is a  picturesque Alpine-style village that offers plenty to explore; unique dining options, fabulous shops and holiday charm. Saturday mid-morning we have a holiday excursion then the rest of the day is yours.  We leave Leavenworth at 11am on Sunday, December 3rd.and expect to be in Bellingham at 3pm.  The length of travel time is weather dependent, please be flexible on our return.  Apple Yarns is open until 4pm.

This holiday adventure travels rain or shine, no refunds are given for bad weather.

Fun Stuff

• Hot Breakfast is included Saturday and Sunday
• Box lunches on the bus with snacks
• 1 excursion (weather dependent) Reindeer Farm or Holiday Sleigh Ride
• Luxurious bus with a professional driver, bathroom onboard, gratuities are included
• The hotel is Icicle Village Resort, 2 queen beds (double occupancy) - The hotel is an easy 10-minute walk to the center of town.  The pretty lobby is available to knit or crochet in. On Saturday we will have a shuttle service available to the town center after the excursion.

Money Details

• $300.00 deposit per person is due at the time of order; $75 nonrefundable fee.
• Balance due on November 1st, no refunds after this date*.
• 50% refund after September 1st - no refund after November 1st*
• *Your trip is transferable and we will keep a waitlist of those interested. If we can fill your spot you will receive a full refund minus the $75.00 fee

If COVID restricts travel with a hotel/transportation shut down no penalty will be accessed.
