Free shipping with the purchase of 3 skeins of McIntosh Semi-Solid or Multi-Color.

Benefits:  20% superfine alpaca fiber brings incredible softness to this beautiful yarn that is hand-dyed in Bellingham, WA. Elegant drape and stunning colors make this a perennial favorite for shawls, but McIntosh’s squish and versatility makes it ideal for a wide range of projects. The sky's the limit, let your imagination take hold and see where this yarn takes you!

Note:

A combination of acid, heat and rinse methods have been used to minimize bleeding and all yarns have been rinsed to clear water.

Each skein is hand-dyed and may vary from skein to skein and colors may vary on monitors.

When using multiple skeins in one project it is recommended to introduce the new yarn several rows (rounds) before the end.  Then knit and/or crochet every other row (round) with the two skeins.  This is also a great way to knit with hand-dyed yarns if you have any pooling.

I did not order any yarn in the last 2 weeks. I did come into the store on Feb 16th but did not buy McIntosh.

Linda, thank you so much for the 5★★★★★ review and for your patience as we figured out a few things. Andrea

Amazing yarn

I love the WA palette of all the McIntosh yarns you dyed at your studio. I selected three. I enjoyed the blend of alpaca and merino. I'm knitting up the 'Free your fade' shawl you recommended on your website, which is by Andrea Mowry, and am having excellent results with this yarn so far. I am having a perfect experience.

Christy, thank you for your kind words and the 5★★★★★ of McIntosh! We're so glad you're enjoying the yarn and the shawl! Cheers, Andrea
