Knitting Help
We are happy to help you with your questions. If you need extensive help or purchased your yarn elsewhere, please sign up for one of our classes, or make an appointment for a private lesson with one of our exceptional instructors.
Returns
Yarn in resalable and original condition may be returned within 60 days, with a receipt, in exchange for a store credit. Needles, notions, books, patterns, sale yarns and special orders are not returnable. By law, we cannot copy patterns from any source. No returns on sale or clearance items. Online orders with free shipping may be returned. A restocking fee of actual shipping charges will apply. Please call 360-756-9992 to make arrangements before shipping back to Apple Yarns.
Class Policy
Classes must be paid for in advance, cash, check or credit card. Fees listed are for the compete class, including all sessions and unless noted do not include materials or patterns. All classes must be cancelled no later than two days before the first class to receive a full refund. Missed classes may be made up at a later session or by special arrangement with the instructor. If the instructor for any reason cancels the class, your money will be refunded.
